Welcome to our online quote generator! We’ve created this system in order to provide clear, and upfront pricing to our customers. By placing our pricebook online we are giving you the power to choose every detail about your equipment and installation.

We want to educate our customers about the different parts of an HVAC System, as well as provide the easiest process for making an investment in your home. Select units from budget minded 14 SEER units all the way up to High Efficiency Variable speed units that provide the highest amount of comfort.

We started our company to provide our customers with the highest quality HVAC installation. We offer a lot with our install services to ensure the best quality install that will last many years.

Once you select the unit that you want, we will set up an appointment to perform a site visit and inspect your HVAC system. We encourage you to put as much information in the “house” section as you can that will give us the clearest picture possible as to what is appropriate for the space.

How long is the labor warranty?

For all 14 SEER equipment installs we include a 1 year labor warranty. On any 16 SEER or higher unit install, we include a 10 year labor warranty.

Does the labor warranty cover maintenance?

Both labor warranties cover 1 year of maintenance, but in order to keep your 10 year labor warranty valid you must have a maintenance contract with us.

Most equipment has a standard 10 year warranty on major parts. Major parts consist of compressor, motor, evaporator coils, condenser coils, control boards and components.

What’s not covered in the parts?

 For 14 SEER units with a 1 year warranty,  refrigerant, refrigerant lines, and miscellaneous parts such as capacitors are not covered. This is standard for all air conditioning brands.

For our 10 year warranty ALL parts are covered with our labor warranty to provide a TRU 100% warranty

This is very important. We encourage you to put as much information in the “About My House” section so we can address any problems that you might have. We understand that this is one of the largest investments you will make and you shouldn’t sacrifice comfort. We will design the system to meet your needs.

The short answer is yes. We designed our pricing to incorporate a lot of room for making changes. In the rare instance we are not be able to install the system you want, the price would be adjusted for the system we are able to install. Sometimes we aren’t able to install the exact system you want and typically that refers to wanting a higher efficiency system installed or the sizing you selected needs to be adjusted after inspection.

Higher efficiency systems take up more space due to the coil sizes required to get the efficiency. When we are restricted by the space available typically we have to go with a lower SEER unit because of these space restrictions.
